ST. CLOUD -- Redshirt Freshman Gage Davis had a night to remember helping the St. Cloud State men's basketball team beat Bemidji State 80-62 last (Friday) night.

Davis scored 29 points and 12 rebounds, his second straight double-double. He shot 12 for 20 from the field, including knocking down three threes from behind the arc.

The Huskies were able to outshoot the Beavers (45% to 39%) and also held a plus 20 advantage in rebounds.

Junior teammate Scottie Stone also had a double-double of his own (19 points, 11 rebounds) in the victory.

The huskies improve to 3-4 on the season and 1-1 NSIC.

The SCSU men's basketball team continues the home stand tonight (Saturday) against Minnesota Crookston at 6 p.m.
