Former SCSU Standout Fred Williams Signs With NFL’s Chiefs

Former St. Cloud State University standout wide receiver Fred Williams has signed a contract with the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. Williams previously played for the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League where he followed in the footsteps of another Husky great, Ben Nelson.

"Big Game Freddy" is the all time leading receiver in Husky history with over 3,800 yards in his career. Williams had 25 total touchdowns last season for San Jose.
