Edmonton extended the Minnesota Wild losing streak to 6 games after a 4-1 win for the Oilers Thursday night.  Minnesota fell behind 4-0 after 2 periods.  Dany Heatley scored the lone Wild goal in the 3rd period and Niklas Backstrom had 27 saves for Minnesota.

The Wild are 20-11-5 and with 45 points continue to lead the Northwest Division by 1 point over 2nd place Vancouver.  The Wild host Colorado at 5pm Monday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 4:35.
