Duluth beat the St. Cloud River Bats 10-5 in Duluth Monday night.  The Huskies went out to an 8-2 lead in the 3rd inning and never trailed.  Kyle Stiner led the Bats going 3-5 with 1 RBI and J.R. Reynolds had 2 hits for St. Cloud.  Jake Smith allowed 5 hits and 7 runs (4 earned) in 2 1/3 innings to take the loss.

The Bats are 9-9 in the 2nd half of the season and will play at Duluth again tonight at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  The Bats are 3 games back of Alexandria for first place in the 2nd half North Division standings.
