Duluth Completes Sweep Of Rox

Duluth completed a sweep of the St. Cloud Rox Monday night winning 14-4 and 7-6 in 8 innings.  Tony Mollica allowed 8 hits and 8 runs (3 earned) in 3 2/3 innings to take the loss.  The Rox committed 3 errors in the game.  Carlos Lopez was 2-3 with 2 RBIs and Phil Imholte went 2-3 with 2 runs scored and 1 RBI for St. Cloud.

In game 2 St. Cloud State's Brian Hansen had 3 RBIs including the walk-off RBI single for Duluth in the 8th inning.  Andy Henkemeyer went 3-4 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBIs and Erik Kozel went 2-4 with a run scored for the Rox.

St. Cloud is 8-24 and will host Duluth tonight at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  A post-game fireworks show will happen tonight.
