Cleveland downed the Twins 6-2 in Cleveland Wednesday to salvage the final game of the 3-game series and snap their 11-game losing streak.  Brian Duensing allowed 11 hits and 6 runs (4 earned) in 7 innings to take the loss and drop to 2-7.  Justin Masterson threw 7 innings with 3 hits and 2 earned runs allowed to get the win.  Alexi Casilla hit a 2-run homerun supplying the Twins with their only runs.  Minnesota managed just 4 hits.

The Twins are 49-62 and are off today before hosting Tampa Bay Friday night beginning a 3-game series at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.  Righthander Cole DeVries (2-2) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and righthander Jeremy Hellickson (6-7) toes the rubber for the Rays.  The Twins are now 2 games back of Cleveland for 3rd place in the AL Central.
