The Twins outscored the Orioles in Baltimore 14-7 last night to win the first game of a 3-game series. Minnesota trailed 6-2 before scoring 4 runs in the 5th inning and adding 6 runs in the 6th inning.

Twins Split Doubleheader Against Rockies
The Twins lost 5-1 in the afternoon but won 2-0 last night in their day/night doubleheader against the Rockies at Target Field. Ervin Santana was tagged for 6 hits, 4 walks and 5 earned runs over 7 innings to take the loss for the Twins and drop to 6-2.
Twins, Sano Down Royals 7-5
The Twins won at Kansas City 7-5 Sunday after winning the only other game played in the series on Friday night. Miguel Sano was solid at the plate going 3-5 with a 3-run homerun and 5 RBIs, Kennys Vargas was 2-5, Jorge Polanco went 2-5 with 1 RBI and Brian Dozier was 2-5 with a run scored.

St. Cloud State men's basketball coach Matt Reimer announced on AM 1390-Granite City Sports today that they have signed 6'7 205 pound forward Tristen Hull to a national letter of intent to play for the Huskies starting in the fall of 2017.

The Twins fell behind 2-0 but rallied to top the Tigers 11-5 Thursday in Detroit. Robbie Grossman knocked out a 2-run homerun and both Max Kepler and Miguel Sano hit 3-run homeruns. Phil Hughes allowed 4 earned runs in 5 2/3 innings to get the win and improve to 2-0.
