The Twins got a 2-run single from Robbie Grossman in the 7th inning to beat the Cleveland Indians 4-3 Wednesday night. Minnesota fell behind 3-2 in the 5th inning 3-2.

The Twins lost 8-1 at Cleveland Monday night to fall 14 games back of Cleveland for first in the American League Central. Cleveland scored 2 runs in the 3rd inning, 1 in the 4th and 4 in the 6th inning. Minnesota scored their lone run on a solo home run from Jake Cave in the 9th inning.

The Twins lost to the Oakland A's for the 2nd straight night 6-2 Saturday.  Jonathan Lucroy hit a 3-run homer in the 4th inning to give Oakland a 4-0 lead. Stephen Gonsalves made his 2nd Major League start and allowed 7 hits and 4 earned runs in 5 innings to take the loss...

The Twins defeated the White Sox 5-2 in Chicago Tuesday night. Eddie Rosario broke the 2-all tie with a RBI single in the 9th inning followed by a 2-run single from Jorge Polanco. Jose Berrios started the game for the Twins and threw 5 innings with 1 earned run allowed but didn't figure in the final decision.
