Huskies Rally To Beat Duluth In NSIC Tournament
The Bulldogs notched a run in the top of the first inning, but the Huskies responded with three in the bottom half and built a 5-2 lead heading into the fifth inning. However, Duluth blasted three home runs in the fifth to take a 6-5 lead.
Bemidji State Sweeps Huskies
The Bemidji State Beaver baseball team swept a pair of games with St. Cloud State Thursday afternoon at the MAC in St. Cloud. The Beavers took game one 3-2, then topped the Huskies 10-6 in game two to complete the sweep.
Austing Earns NSIC Honor
Austing, a Cathedral graduate, pitched a complete game and allowed no earned runs while striking out 12 Golden Eagles. The right-hander allowed just one hit and walked one while earning his sixth win of the season.
SCSU Baseball Posts Sunday Sweep
Cathedral's Bo Schmitz had a pair of runs batted in to pace the Huskies offense in game one, while Judd Davis had a four-hit game in the second contest. SCSU was 3-1 in the four game weekend series.
SCSU Baseball To Hold Benefit For Pete Pratt Saturday
The Huskies will celebrate Alumni Day on Saturday at Joe Faber Field as part of their doubleheader with Winona State. There will also be a fundraiser for Pratt following the game at the Ultimate, with a portion of food sales going toward helping him with his medical bills.

Cathedral's Dominic Austing threw a complete game in the second contest. The sophomore allowed just one unearned run on one hit while striking out 12 batters to earn his sixth win of the season.
SCSU Basketball Signs 6’7 Forward
St. Cloud State men's basketball coach Matt Reimer announced on AM 1390-Granite City Sports today that they have signed 6'7 205 pound forward Tristen Hull to a national letter of intent to play for the Huskies starting in the fall of 2017.
