The Vancouver Canucks downed the Minnesota Wild 4-1 at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul Tuesday night.  Cal Clutterbuck scored the lone Wild goal in the first period to tie the game at 1-apiece.  Vancouver scored twice in the 2nd period and added an empty net goal in the 3rd period.  Niklas Backstrom had 10 saves for the Wild as Minnesota outshot the Canucks 29-14.  The Wild are 30-21-5 and with 65 points Minnesota is 1-point back of Calgary for 8th place in the West.  Minnesota will play at Chicago tonight at 7:00, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
