ST. CLOUD - The Saint Benedict hockey team fell to #9 ranked University of Wisconsin-Superior 5-1 on Friday.

The Yellowjackets stuck fast in the action, scoring twice in both the first and second period for a 4-1 lead.

The Blazers scored their lone goal in the second period, thanks to Emma Carlsson Sandelin. Jenna Traut picked up 22 saves for the Blazers in the action.

Saint Ben's is now 4-8-0 this season and will look to split the series with the Yellowjackets tonight in Superior Wisconsin. Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m.
